My due is close ( in 2 weeks) , instead of feeling like a mother , I feel like a Baby (^^) need to be pampered more (~_~) yet hubby isn't around for awhile & mommy is busy with work all days & attending weddings -- here ,I'm not complaining at all , just a remark ^^ hehe..I know can't be spoiled cuz I'm gonna be a mother soon .

It’s not that they have no respect for the rules; they just wanna do things their way, without any intervention. So the superiors need to stay away from their area and not worry about the quality of output, because it will be assuredly top notch. They are very reliable and will give each task their most, unless you stick your head in and tell them it’s not the way to do it.

Generally speaking, Aquarians are not too involved in petty organizational politics and quarrels. If they are ill-treated, they rise above personal battle and try to resolve issues with their flair and ability. If they have a promotion or increment coming their way, they accept it with poise and the confidence that they can take up the added responsibility. My favorite foods

It has been very hard for me to decide on what I want to eat as my appetite isn't stable. It's good that I'm not the type of eating much when I'm single so my shape remains cool . However it isn't good when I still don't feel like eating anything when I'm already 27weeks pregnant. So far I've only gained 7kg for my almost 7months pregnancy , this is a serious concern. Though I regularly take vitamins & drink juices , I believe my little baby inside needs wide rang of other vitamins too . So I come up with idea of viewing pictures of foods to help me burn passion to eat & find my appetite back. Sadly, not everything in these pic that I can eat-- some of them are pregnancy prohibitions - But it's ok :) it's not hard for me to abstain from eating :) the only hardest thing I find myself very very hard to abstain is Coffee Latte :'( so it's picture isn't included here cuz it's too painful to look at.

Collecting pictures of foods has been my interest & it attempts to be for personal use only as most of the pic I took here are taken by phone-camera.The reason I start taking photo of foods because I want to remember what foods are tasty , freaky,& nightmare haha.. These photos also tell the date & place I see or eat those foods -- ah! Thanks to the new technology of iPhone ^^ this is cool & convenient.

Today I'm too free so I decide to share all these pictures with friends in case they also need help to boast their appetites ^^ also show them my great efforts of collecting all these so far ^^ Enjoy it !!

My honey and I were thinking that we would buy 2nd Generation iPad for my mom & his dad as the gifts for new year. However things are not as easy as thought , we've been asking a friend in US to buy only one iPad and it turned out to be mission impossible. He earnestly complained to us that there is long queue in front of Apple store and once he tried to get up early to queue at 6am , the ipad2 all ran out of the store. we really appreciate his effort and we feel sorry for him that he had to work very hard just to plainly help us on this.

anyway , I now got to learn from the Apple Hot News that iPad 2 Arrives in 25 More Countries in Mar 23, 2011 and will be available in Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and additional countries in April.

Maybe I try to get one in Seoul :)

A report that has shocked some and confirmed the suspicions of others suggests Western women are more determined than ever to bag a partner who will improve their final financial prospects.

Despite years of campaigning for equality and advances made by the fairer sex in the workplace, most women prefer to marry a man who earn more money than they do and would stay at home to look after the children if they could afford it, according to a new survey published by the London School of Economics.

Female aspirations to marry a man who is better educated and commands a higher salary than themselves persist in most European countries, according the report’s author, Catherine Hakim, a senior research fellow in sociology. No stranger to controversy, Hakim last year coined the neologism “erotic capital”- a combination of physical and social attractiveness – to describe the key professional attribute of our times.

The sociologist has also claimed that more women are choosing to “marry up” by picking wealthy men as their spouses than in the 1940s.

Plan to introduce new Legislation requiring NGOs to register with the Cambodian government before they can commence operation could disrupt the defense of human right

Around the world, the space for human rights defenders is shrinking as repressive governments harass, intimidate and attack them as they peruse their vision of a better world based on human rights for all. A recent trend has been for governments to introduce restrictive registration practices to sink civil society in a sea of bureaucracy and stifle the spirit of dissent.

Front Line Believes NGO staff working as key agents of social change depend on the support of their communities and the general public, which, in turn, is based on trust. To hold that trust, human rights defenders and the organization must be seen to operate in an open and transparent way. Equally, governments are within their rights in seeking to regulate the voluntary sector. However, increasingly we see repressive governments using the language of transparency and accountability to introduce restrictive legislation, the primary purpose of which is to limit the capacity of civil society to challenge such governments and hold them accountable for their misdeeds.

In October 2009, the United Nation’s Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders, Margaret Sekaggya (Uganda) , called on states to do away with laws that required NGOs to register before they could operate.

She was concerned states were increasingly using security and counter-terrorism laws or more “subtle means,” such as the judiciary and public administration, to restrict, disrupt and in some cases “ completely eliminate” the work of civil society.

Cambodia is the latest in a long list of repressive governments seeking to introduce such legislation, a list that now includes Russia, Sundan, Saudi Arabia, China, Belarus and Iran. The draft legislation currently before the parliament of Cambodia proposes to introduce compulsory registration for all NGOs before they can carry out any public activities. The registration process would impose a severe administrative burden on human rights organizations, especially small grassroots groups and informal community networks. Human rights defenders fear the vaguely worded provision of the law would be used to harass and intimidate them. This is Consistent with the international trend of governments seeking to discredit and criminalize the legitimate work of civil society.

While this draft law would have a significant negative effect on the work of domestic NGOs , it also impose on the international NGOs the condition of “collaboration with government ministries in the planning , monitoring, implementation and evaluation of their project ”. It is feared the existence of this vaguely worded provision will effectively give the government the power to veto over any NGO activity.”

Front Line is concerned that that if this legislation is passed in its present form, we will see a pattern of repression emerging in Cambodia whereby the process of registration is made so difficult that genuine human rights defenders will be unable to register their organization and can then be prosecuted for failing to register if they continue their work unofficially.

Under the international law , NGOs are guaranteed the right to Freedom of Assembly and Freedom of Association . It is their legal right to campaign for the protection and promotion of human rights and, while the state has an obligation to prevent criminal activity, such concerns are already adequately addressed under existing legislation. The inescapable conclusion is that the purpose of this legislation is to block the legitimate work of civil society. Front Line has addressed its concerns to the government and is calling for the review process to be extended so these concerns can be addressed in collaboration with NGOs. There has already been significant erosion of freedom of expression in Cambodia over the last year, a trend that can only be exacerbated by this unnecessary and oppressive piece of legislation.

I work in Media Field so it requires me a lot to write , read , & research endlessly..

It's important that i have to make myself refresh and be creative everyday..

So i like to talk a lot with people around me hoping i can learn sth from them..

at office , i usually have conversation with my colleagues and they also like to talk with me :)

there are are lot of talks , teases , and mocks going around my office..

Recently , I take a break from work and start to relax & enjoy quiet simple student life..

It's actually a right time for vocation from work as my study is now in the mid term period, i'm hoping i can earn A grade as I put my all in it

However I now miss my office so much , hope the new project is coming and i can go back ^^

some activities i like to do in my office :

When i can't think of anything to write or i run out of idea , I like to play with my laptop / desktop ..and touch my hair

When I feel stressful i like to go to Newsroom so called " Peaceful Island" named by me :D

there is quiet/peaceful.. and have loads of newspapers to read and have people to talk to ..

I like to make a thoughtful expression, like i am now thinking about sth very serious/ or useful..though sometimes sth like that really pop up my mind by doing this .

drinking coffee in the morning after breakfast can keep me active a whole day.

I only drink Latte without sugar , while Honey drink Americano without sugar (impressive! though a bit concern about his health )

I know i gotta quit drinking it when m preparing to have baby :)

Whenever i feel down at work or ran out of idea, i also i can chat online with Honey as his Google account is online a whole time..

i can share him my problems and obstacles , and he usually says things to encourage me , or help me to find solutions :)

He is not just Honey , but also a good consultant & teacher..

so far all his advices help me to make my days .

While some people were starting to relax and prepare to enjoy new year 2011 , staffs at WMC were still working very hard on various programs . We all gathered together to produce a light hearted radio special programs hoping it would bring audience a relaxing and intimate feeling towards us as their best friend. This special program ran full length of 2 hours allowing all staffs from the 3 departments to be on air to greet and wish our audiences to be prosperous and healthy esp thanking for all the supports so far. Each team had time limited so we all rushed in and out one after another , and I was there as photographer of the whole show. My camera was so heavy normally I complained a lot, yet that time i just simply enjoyed the moment and forgot to care about its weight.

is the date Maccy <> came into my family as my early Birthday Gift that was planned to be given to me since last year by Honey.

It was hard @ first , But now It works perfectly well and has become very good member .

Thanks to Honey Luy due to his hard work in installing programs and fixing all khmer fonts and keyboard.

Honey likes it very much as he could spend aaaaaaall day exploring new tricks and funs with Mac .

For me , I like to play with design programs more than to work with it .

cuz all of my works have to deal with Khmer Unicode most of the time .. Web browsing , and typing khmer unicode , and Limon.

at first, the purpose of buying Maccy is to bring it to Hanoi with me to ease my work .

However by the time I had to go to work in Hanoi, Khmer Unicode still didn't work well as Honey had also been quite busy with works and had no time to fix the Khmer Unicode and Limon keyboard .

So finally I had to force myself to give up on Maccy and brought Blackie instead , like we exchanged laptop to use .

It must be hard for honey during his busy mission in Korea as he also had mission to finish fixing Khmer Unicode Keyboard on my Maccy .

Now It has been my good friend ever since all the troubles with typing and viewing were fixed by my lovely Honey .

I owed a lot to him.

This morning the traffic was very bad .. and I was so frustrated . I turned on my radio channel FM 102 , and this song Chem Pich (Diamond Blood) is on aired . listening to this song my mind is floating .. I could really vision the story of life telling in this song.. single mother worked hard to earn, and even sold her assets to support her son's education in Phnom Penh, when he finished school he come back to develop education sector in his homeland and take good care of his beloved mom .. actually this kind of story happened a lot in cambodia and maybe any other parts of the world. But what I impress the most is the quality of composition and personalized elaboration... sth that we could feel attached , strike your heart , and inspire you to move on to be better despite dark clouds or storms..

I'm saying this from the point of view of a simple listener only, not any expert in music.

However I hope by hearing this song , some poor scholars or maybe just poor average students are inspired to work hard on their studies and reaching out to their goals and building good lives for their families.

a true Happy Life isn't just about you , but also to make everyone around you happy .

Talking about this , I'm so touched and thinking about myself here . 17th ASEAN Summit to take place this month

The 17th Summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and related meetings will be held at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi from Oct. 28-30.

The information was given by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nguyen Phuong Nga at the ministry’s regular press briefing in Hanoi on Oct. 14.

Related meetings will include the ASEAN Summits with partners such as Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, India, Russia and Australia; the ASEAN-New Zealand Summit, the 13th ASEAN+3 Summit, the 3rd ASEAN-UN Summit and the 5th East Asia Summit (EAS).

The Mekong-Japan Summit will be held on October 29.

The summits will focus discussions on topics such as accelerating the building of the ASEAN Community and implementation of the ASEAN Charter, as well as measures to strengthen relations between ASEAN and its partners in the frameworks of ASEAN + 1, ASEAN + 3 and the EAS, ensuring the central role of ASEAN in future regional structures.

They will discuss measures to boost cooperation in responding to global challenges and exchange views on international and regional issues of common concern.

To prepare for the 17th ASEAN Summit and related meetings in Hanoi , preparatory meetings at ministerial and senior official levels will be held from October 26-28.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and leaders of several countries are expected to visit Vietnam on this occasion.

I'M going to cover 17th ASEAN Summit in Hanoi soon from 24th until 31st October 2010.

I know it's gonna be tough and I have to be strong to overcome another challenge.

I went to cover event of 42nd AEM in Danang this August and I earned lots of experiences .

I worked so hard that I had to skip lunch 2 times and couldn't get myself to sleep at night cuz of drinking too much coffee. However I would blame myself for this due to my own poor preparation last time as I brought heavy laptop and inconvenient bag and shoes that made me sometimes think I was so ridiculous that time.. Anyway...

I'm looking forwards to this upcoming Summit and I'm sure this time I will know better.

I'm anticipating this summit is gonna be very fruitful for my work as broadcasting journalist.

Let's wait and see.. my performance of reporting this time...

Oh!!! .. so excited ... it's Autumn in Hanoi now.

My day at Playground.

It was the last day of Pchum Ben 2010. I and family planing to go to Tmor Roung , the waterfall, but cuz we heard that there were too many people there that couldn't even find place to park car, so we turned direction to Picnic Resort, at the flank mountain.

It wasn't much to call resort, but the food was pretty good, and the best part of this resort is playground and climbing the mountain.

The weather wasn't good that day, so stiff and hot..

So I ride on the swing to get some wing and

It is my favorite since i was young :)

My cute niece , she is 5 years old and she can do a lot of thing, i guess she is smart ^^

She is very active...

and likes adventure.

Another Niece , name Mei Mei, she is just almost 2years , she is on my lap.

And she doesn't like to be with me haha..

maybe cuz I don't know how to carry her properly.

One day Trip to Wonderland in Siem Reap ^^

I've been to this wonderland again with family ( my beloved MOM , cute Uncle, Mysterious Brother, and my lovely Husband) .
This is our second time and also in the season of Pchum Ben (from 6th to 9th) .
Uncle visited us for 3 weeks and he wanted to go to Cultural Village so much.

Infront of Bayon Temple.

It surprised me , he also name Sombo <-- that elephant .

The interesting parts during this trip are :

- We could have good condition hotel for 15$ , and also we could see beautiful sunrise from the window with the romantic balcony.

- We went to the restaurant that I and my colleagues usually to go during our field work in Siem Reap , which made me feel no different from going for work .. not sth I want but i had no choice since we didn't no where else to go.

I acted like seller here.

- We bought many good stuffs in night market (10 tshirts , 2 wooden bowls , artistic wallets... )

We love painting and we want to buy some, but we have no place to hang or put them, our walls are full.

- We unexpectedly watched the performance about "Bret" special performance at Cultural Village for Pchum Ben time . The performance is new and really funny.What even more interesting at this part is that we were sitting near some girls who tended to scared and screamed aloud even with a minor intentional act of ghost disguise, which made me laughed badly. Actually if i was also scared at this frightening and jump on my Honey , m sure I could have more fun. But i don like to act.. ha

- We went to Bra Sart Beung Mealea (almost totally ruined) , a very beautiful old and ruined Temple. We had beautiful lunch there , our dishes were deer :) and cost us only 60000riel = 15$

-Honey and I had very interesting memory together at Bra Sart Beung Mealea.
We started to experience a bit adventure in exploring another way out to the front gate. We thought if we passing this wall , could reach the front gate but it's not like this at all. So we climbed on the temple's fell-off walls and rocks .. We almost got lost and and I was so pale as I scared that we might meet the thief or bad people or snake cuz our surrounding was like no one and no wind . we kept walking and searching for awhile until we found a couple were exchanging their love dialogues at the corner up top of the wall . Through their guide we found the way out and we went back to our original spot.
Thanks my Buddha, cuz my feet were almost sprained as I jumped hard from one rock to anther. However I wasn't like damn scared cuz I was with my wonderful honey and he kept mocking at how I looked so healthy and strong , yet easily scared (Fatty Pale) Lolz

My Sweet Valentine Story

on 14th Feb morning , I got up late , around 10am.
Somehow Honey said he was hungry so I took him to have brunch at my friends restaurant Nosh.
We simply felt no sense of Valentine(don't care about valentine), cuz our feeling is overshadowed by Chinese New Year.
but when we were at the Rest. there were only 4 guests (2couples including us).
Honey kept complaining to me about bringing him to quiet restaurant, the mood at that time was so clumsy and annoying. However we already parked the car so just went in.
the couple who already in the restaurant so sweet to each other , they sat side by side intimately.
by just watching them, I could sent some Valentines.
We've sit there for awhile , then the girl worked at the Rest. gave my honey a pink seeing me wearing pink shirt (I just worn pink shirt by chance) and asked honey to give me that flower, but honey didn't bother . He said if i want take it mmyself. I guess he still felt annoyed over quiet restaurant. so I talked alot with him to make him feel abit noisy and refreshed .

I asked "have u ever loved someone at first

sight ?" honey answered immediately "You!!!"
